SHIPPING
For regular mail, the cost for shipping and handling is a flat fee of $3 for US residence and $5 for foreign residence.
For registered mail, the cost for shipping and handling is a flat fee of $15.10 for US residence and $16.10 for foreign residence.
For U.S. customers, the standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service First Class. Delivery is between 2-4 business days.
For international customers, the standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service Airmail. Delivery is between 5-8 business days.
We highly recommend registered mail for international orders.
Shipping insurance is provided at additional cost and is available only to U.S. customers . Please request shipping insurance by putting a note in the "Comments" section of your order. You will be contacted with the appropriate insurance cost. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments which are not insured.
RETURNS
Purchases may be returned within 10 days for a full refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) must be obtained prior to return.
